Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility of Products for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
1. It must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same state as you received it.
2. It must be in the original packaging.
Exceptions:
Some products are not eligible for return. These include:
- Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Gift cards.
- Some items in the health and personal care category.
Receipt or Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds are granted in certain situations, if applicable:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we suggest following these steps:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company.
3. Contact your bank.

Items on Sale:
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same reason, please contact us via email at help@dahuterra.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who made the purchase had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
